    Irina Kozlovskaya

    Global Head of Industrial Design and CMF, ABB E-Mobility

    A San Francisco based design leader, Irina helped companies like Google, Fitbit, Nest, and HTC scale through design innovation, cementing their household name status.

    Currently, she serves as the Global Head of Industrial Design and CMF at ABB E-mobility, where she helps drive transport electrification through best in class EV charging solutions.

    Before relocating to the Bay Area, Irina gained valuable experience in New York, working initially for Martha Stewart and later co-founding the consulting firm Vim & Vigor. Her client portfolio included notable brands such as Barnes & Noble Nook, Kitchenaid, Fabbian, Wedgwood, and Waterford, among others.

    Her authentic, inclusive, and conscientious leadership style compels teams to create exceptional products. By building diverse creative groups and fostering a "one team" mentality with partners, Irina ensures the design of responsible, enduring, and sustainable products that captivate users and fuel remarkable business growth.

    A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Irina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design. Her work has received numerous accolades, including Red Dot, IF, ICFF Studio, IDEA, and Spark awards.

    Annie Jean-Baptiste

    Building for Everyone

    Annie Jean-Baptiste is a business disruptor and the author of Building for Everyone, the first book about building inclusive products across the intersections of 12 dimensions of diversity. She previously served as an intrapreneur in residence at the University Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education, a member of both the CTA Health Equity and Access Leadership (HEAL) Coalition and sits on the IEEE's Executive committee. As the co-founder and director of product inclusion & equity at Google, she leads product inclusion & equity strategy across the company. She’s been covered in Forbes, Vogue, the Wall Street Journal, Essence Magazine, Business Insider, Teen Vogue, MSNBC, CNBC and was recognized as one of Ebony's Power 100 in 2022.     Kenneth Young

    Founder & Creative Director, Now Studio

    Kenneth Young is an international award winning San Francisco based Industrial Designer with over 15 years of industry experience. Kenneth founded Now Studio in 2023, a young and vibrant design consultancy nestled in the heart of the Bay Area. Over his career, he has successfully overseen and delivered dozens of products to market in numerous categories. His wide breadth of experience allows him to tackle challenging design problems in an intuitive and efficient manner.

    Kenneth Young is an award-winning Industrial Designer based in San Francisco, with more than 15 years of experience shaping innovative products. In 2023, he launched Now Studio, a dynamic design consultancy based in the heart of the Bay Area. Throughout his career, Kenneth has successfully brought numerous products to market across a wide range of industries. His diverse expertise enables him to approach complex design challenges with both intuition and efficiency. Passionate about every phase of the design process - from initial concept development to final production - Kenneth combines hands-on craftsmanship with a deep understanding of manufacturing to create products that resonate with both form and function.

    Quan Jasinski

    Creative Director, Microsoft Surface Industrial Design

    Quan Jasinski is the Creative Director for Microsoft Surface Industrial Design team. She leads Color Material Design and Strategy across the portfolio including Brand Creative Assets focused on telling the story of Industrial Design. In addition she works cross functionally with Product Development, Branding, Marketing, and Business partners with a key design influence in collaborating with Packaging and Software wallpaper experience.

    Prior to the Surface design team, she led Color Material Design for the Xbox portfolio and launched the white Xbox One console and controller. Before joining Microsoft, she led Color Material Design and implementation for the HTC Windows phone portfolio at One & Co studio in San Francisco. Prior to these experiences, she led Color Material Design and Strategy at Incase for their 2nd headphone collection. In the early days of her career as Industrial Designer, she designed performance footwear at Nike, Adidas, and other consumer products at design consultancies Ammunition, Lunar and IDEO.

    With decades of experiences on color, material, and strategy, her favorite materials to develop colors for are Aluminum and textiles. She loves to merge technology products seamlessly with lifestyle and interior design perspectives.

    Eliot Cohen Pirenne

    Senior Design Director, Lululemon

    Eliot’s pursuits in outdoor and sport performance design began at NEMO Equipment, where he was the first employee and contributed to designing, testing, and developing the first line of tents. He then moved to Reebok, where he held various design and leadership positions, working across three different global locations and a broad portfolio of apparel and accessories. Researching and exploring the brand heritage and executing across Reebok Classics and collabs.

    As a Senior Design Director at lululemon in Vancouver, Canada, his work focuses on performance apparel, materials advancement, and sustainability. Eliot believes in design’s responsibility to produce experiences that users love for their superior feel and durability. His teams have introduced innovation in materials, advanced knits, and utility features, including many iconic styles and kits for the Canadian Olympic team.

    He is passionate about mentoring creatives, building diverse teams, and design strategy. Eliot has been a member of various brain trusts over the years, strategizing and implementing impact agendas, workplace architecture, circular design, and insight-led design practices, including co-founding a creation program with athletes and brand ambassadors. In his personal time, Eliot is an avid cyclist, adventurer, multimedia artist, and shares a deep passion for practicing and teaching yoga -and making chocolates- alongside his wife, Sandra Jara.
