Currently, she serves as the Global Head of Industrial Design and CMF at ABB E-mobility, where she helps drive transport electrification through best in class EV charging solutions.
Before relocating to the Bay Area, Irina gained valuable experience in New York, working initially for Martha Stewart and later co-founding the consulting firm Vim & Vigor. Her client portfolio included notable brands such as Barnes & Noble Nook, Kitchenaid, Fabbian, Wedgwood, and Waterford, among others.

A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, Irina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial Design. Her work has received numerous accolades, including Red Dot, IF, ICFF Studio, IDEA, and Spark awards.

Annie Jean-Baptiste is a business disruptor and the author of Building for Everyone, the first book about building inclusive products across the intersections of 12 dimensions of diversity. She previously served as an intrapreneur in residence at the University Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education, a member of both the CTA Health Equity and Access Leadership (HEAL) Coalition and sits on the IEEE's Executive committee. As the co-founder and director of product inclusion & equity at Google, she leads product inclusion & equity strategy across the company.
