Valerie Kramis is a Design Strategy Specialist with over 15 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, social innovation, and social entrepreneurship. Driven by her lifelong passion for social causes, she co-founded Agenda28, an award-winning design studio specializing in social impact. Founded at the Harvard Innovation Labs, Agenda28 has grown into a dynamic studio with dual headquarters in New York City and Mexico City. Valerie has led over 100 design projects across 10 countries, advancing social initiatives through human-centered approaches and innovative methodologies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Tec de Monterrey and a Master’s degree in Liberal Arts from Harvard University.

With over a decade of experience in communications, Cecile Rivera Llorens specializes in crafting social impact and sustainability strategies that empower organizations and corporations to thrive.
As the founder of CRL Communications Consultants LLC, she has collaborated with nonprofits and for-profits across Puerto Rico, the United States, Europe, and Latin America to co-create impactful communication initiatives. Cecile blends storytelling, market research, data visualization, and cross-functional partnerships to amplify her clients' missions. Her bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish enables her to craft compelling narratives and align internal and external strategies to elevate client positioning, communicate impact effectively, and drive sustained positive change.
Cecile holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications and Marketing from IE University in Madrid, Spain, and a Bachelor’s degree in World Literature with a concentration in Peace and Conflict Studies from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. She also holds a certification in Circular Economy from Ecologing in Madrid, Spain.

Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned brands such as 47 Brand, Saucony, TYR, Reef, New Balance, PowerBar, Nike, Voit, and Spalding.
Luis brings a broad range of expertise, including new business development, general management, sales, marketing, retail, and merchandising. He has a proven track record in new brand introduction and growth, business analytics, team and product development, and P&L management. His deep product knowledge spans athletic footwear, apparel, and licensed products, making him a key driver of success in every project he undertakes. Currently, Luis serves as the Country Manager for 47 Brand, where he leads strategic initiatives to drive the brand’s growth and market presence.
