Roshan began his career at GRO design consultancy, working with clients like Dell, LG, and Sonos. At Philips, he contributed to front-end innovation and production within the personal care division, earning over 15 design awards. Later, in the Image Guided Therapy division at Philips Healthcare, he focused on professional medical solutions and strategic projects, accumulating about 30 design awards and over 40 design patents. Since 2019, Roshan has actively shared design content and served as an Offsite instructor and mentor. His early professional experience includes working at Puma in Germany in 2011, where he independently managed over 20 footwear projects from concept to production.

Katie began her career designing toys for Kids2 Inc. and quickly became lead designer for Baby Einstein infant toys. After moving to NYC, she joined Pollen Design where she developed a collection for Jane West to redefine cannabis culture for women. In 2016 Katie joined BARK. Her work shifted industry standards for aesthetic, storytelling, safety, and performance in dog toys. Katie’s design leadership and investment towards factory relationships set a foundation that produced award-winning designs. Now at frog, she continues to challenge our experiences and relationships with products as technology continues to unlock new contexts and capabilities to interpret.
