Director, Jaemee Studio
Haemee is a public artist, a landscape designer and an educator. Since establishing Jaemee Studio, Haemee exhibited public art installations and garden installations in America, Europe, and Asia.
Her work explores the intersection of art, landscape, and human interaction.
Drawing inspiration from the site’s physical, cultural, and imaginative context, she crafts interventions that transform ordinary elements into extraordinary experiences. Whether deriving forms from a site’s natural features, its social fabric, or fantastical narratives, her process involves reimagining objects through shifts in scale, unexpected juxtapositions, and innovative materials.
By bridging the ordinary and the extraordinary, Haemee’s work encourages people to engage with the land, connect with one another, and rediscover the stories embedded in a place. Her site-specific projects offer more than visual appeal; they create spaces that inspire wonder, interaction, and a renewed sense of awareness.
