Nille is the CEO of the Danish Design Centre.
From 2004 until 2011 Nille worked as an Associate Director at Arup, an international consulting firm with architects, engineers, planners and designers. Based in London Nille has worked with design and architecture all over the world.
Before joining Arup, Nille was partner KHR Architects, where he was responsible for architecture and design of the Metro – later followed by the design of the upcoming Cityringen for Arup.
He is the recipient of Eckersberg Medal for his work on the Copenhagen Metro, Kasper Salin Prize 2011 for Trianglen Station in Malmo, Nordic Lyspris 2004 for the light in the Metro and his work has been been widely published in architectural and design magazines, feature programs on radio and television nationally and internationally.
Anand was a European manager at Sony for nine years. His first role was creating new computer accessory brands for Sony Europe and launching them through each country’s sales division.
Anand then joined Sony’s newly formed ITE (Information Technology Europe). He helped Sony’s Information Technology Europe launch Sony’s first digital still camera (the DSC F1), Sony’s first IT B2B sales channel and its first online consumer sales channel (sonystyle.com). Due to the success of these initiatives, Anand was asked to join the Sonystyle.com team, where he drove platform marketing across divisions, working with Columbia Pictures, PlayStation, and Sony Music to generate attractive products for online sale.
After nine years at Sony, Anand was recruited by LEGO to take on its Director of Future Branding position. More recently, Anand was a Director at IDEO. Based on the East Coast USA, he worked closely with Fortune 50 companies on product development projects, including consumer brands such as Target, J&J, Pepsi, GM, GE, Wyeth, and Mahindra.
Today, Anand is Managing Director of Stoic, where he leads the ongoing refinement of the firm’s powerful marketing approach by leveraging his consumer marketing experience from Sony and Lego and his user driven innovation experience from IDEO.
Tania is a Danish-British award-winning author, speaker and business innovator specializing in social business trends and strategies. In 2010, her internationally acclaimed book “The New Pioneers” was listed on Cambridge’s Top 40 Sustainability Books, which has cemented her status as a global trendspotter and thought-leader. In 2014, she received the prestigious Indian Women Leadership Excellence Award for her work over the past decade in her communications and consulting company, The Social Business Company, which helps companies around the world turn their words into sustainable actions within sustainable business development, employee engagement, communication and innovation.
Prior to founding Leapcraft, Vinay co-founded CIID (Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design) in 2006. Vinay helped shape the strategy and content for numerous initiatives through consulting, teaching and research lead initiatives. His cross-disciplinary approach to design has in the past have spanned design of consumer products, software and film visual effects.
He currently spends his time between creating new education curriculums, shaping policy initiatives for the Danish government and consulting large global businesses on innovation. He has worked with companies like Nokia, Intel, Novo Nordisk, Maersk line, Lufthansa Technik and Philips lighting. His passions lie in incubating new technology ideas and finding new models of sustainable socio-economic development.
He has taught courses at the Copenhagen Business School, IUAV University in Venice and the Copenhagen IT University and also initiated a global research track for emerging economies called Frugal Digital to help empower small businesses.
Vinay’s work has been exhibited during the Salone del Mobile (International Furniture Fair) in Milan, written about in leading design magazines like Wallpaper, Wired, Wall street journal, Domus etc and various popular blogs. Recently he was the recipient of an award from the Danish Design Council and has served on numerous jury panels for design awards.
Naima has work experience with social entrepreneurship, innovation and event management from, among others, DANSIC – Danish Social Innovation Club, the social enterprise Freebikes, the international speaking event and program TEDx, and currently as project manager at The Social Business Company – a trend communication and consulting agency specialized in social business trends and strategies. Naima holds a masters degree from Copenhagen Business School specializing in CSR and social entrepreneurship.
