Blood Vessel Camera

BVC is a vascular detector module designed to facilitate medical personnel in locating blood veins. The BVC vein-visualizing device is designed with an adjustable visible light of 600-750um based on the light absorption characteristics of deoxygenated blood. This enables medical personnel to quickly locate blood vessels and differentiate them from muscles. The vein-visualizing device can also be used repeatedly as it is designed with a UV sterilizer wireless charger. For hemophilia patients, for example, this product can largely reduce risks derived from the injection of clotting factors.

Current Issue:

Traditional needle injection can sometimes be unsuccessful when the medical personnel lacks experiences or is nervous. In some other cases, if the injection target is a newborn with thinner blood vessels; and elderly with vascular changes in physique and function; or a patient whose blood vessels are covered with thick adipose tissues, a number of attempts is sometimes required for unsuccessful injection. According to the investigation, 24% of adults and 44% of children have fear of needles and some can faint during the process. About 73% of medical personnel indicate that the repeated injection is the primary cause of intense medical relations.

Injection Steps:

B-1 Insert the drug vial and insert the drug into it.

B-2 Follow the device's red light to locate patient's blood vessels and inject the drug.

Blood Collection Steps:

C-1 Follow the device's red light to locate patient's blood vessels and insert the needle into the patient's skin.

C-2 Collect the blood collection tube to collect the blood.

Sterilizer Charging Steps

D-1 Release the retaining ring to eject the disposable needle. Throw the disposable needle away.

D-2 Place the vein-visualizing device in the sterilizer charging box for UV sterilization and charging.
