The current fast-paced era has brought a series of lifestyle changes. Contemporary young people live in small rooms (such as Shanghai and Tokyo) for work reasons. In addition, in order to pursue a higher quality of life, they often change rental house. In order to meet this demand, this product can be repeatedly disassembled, easy to carry, and greatly reduced transportation costs.The shape of the product is refined from the Ming Dynasty furniture, and the traditional tenon-and-mortise structure is improved. Users can assemble it by hand without a screw.
At the beginning of the design, we fully considered the product installation method, and transformed the traditional tenon, so that it can be disassembled without wearing too fast. In addition, we consider that this stool is designed for the post-90s crowd. It needs to be lightweight and cheap. Wood is a traditional material. Compared to plastic, it is very bulky and expensive. We hope to Find a suitable material to replace the wood. After screening, we chose to use acrylic. It is a transparent and moderately hard material. The most important thing is that it is easy to shape and cheap.
