This is a portable infusion designed for emergency rescue. Unlike any gravity infusion, it uses air compression as a power source, so It does not require an infusion stand. Patients only need to wear this infusion device on their arms. With this portable infusion set, medical staff can accurately control the drip-rate through a quantitative infusion system and remotely monitor the patient's infusion status through a monitoring system, so as to ensure the stability and safety of the infusion process in first aid.
Gravity infusion, also known as "the drip," is a common and basic method for delivering fluids to a patient. In a gravity-driven system, a pressure difference in the infusion bag is produced by gravity. The magnitude of this pressure is dependent on the difference in height between the drug reservoir and the outflow point into the patient.
So, when using this infusion set, the infusion bag needs to be hung on the infusion stand. However, in some earthquake-stricken areas, traffic accidents, and other places with high complexity and chaos, the infusion stand will obstruct the smooth flow of people and reduce the work efficiency of medical staff. In the event of a lack of an infusion stand, it is often necessary for additional personnel to carry the infusion bag and keep it at a certain height for a long time, resulting in a significant decrease in the stability and safety of the infusion process.
When the power is turned on and the infusion task is started, the micro air pump will stably inflate the elastic airbag. The gradually inflated airbag delivers the liquid medicine into the human body by squeezing the infusion bag. The balloon expansion range can cover the entire infusion tank, and the pressure inside the balloon will be monitored in real-time. When the pressure does not change within 1-2 minutes, it means that all the liquid medicine in the infusion bag has been squeezed out. Then the system will execute the "infusion completed" command, cut off the power supply of the micro air pump, and send a reminder of "infusion completed" to the medical staff.
For the infusion set, the completion of the infusion is its main function. However, for this portable infusion set, due to the addition of various electronic components, many operations that cannot be completed by a disposable infusion set can be achieved.
1. Quantitative infusion system
Intuitively set the infusion speed and the total amount of infusion to meet the needs of special patients.
2. Abnormal flow rate alarm
The default flow rate of the system is 0~80 drops per minute, and the nursing staff can set the upper and lower limits according to the different needs of each patient. The drug flow rate per minute is below or exceeds the upper and lower set values. When the time is up, the infusion data column will automatically display the XX bed adding fluid abnormally, and an alarm will sound.
3. Constant temperature system
The liquid medicine will be heated to the temperature close to the human body (30°C ~ 41°C) to solve the suffering of cold infusion and improve the absorption of the medicine.
4. Visual system
Various real-time parameters of the infusion state will be displayed on the display screen in intuitive graphics, which is convenient for the administrator to monitor and manage.
5. Call system
If the patient has an accident, just press the "call" button, and the staff's control terminal will receive an alarm and can respond as soon as possible
