The WritersBlok Bookmark Pen is an expression of dual intention. To mark and write. Jot down and keep your place. It serves as both a pen and bookmark and features a chic, matte-black finish and flat, comfortable grip.

On a conceptual level we took the archetype of a pen and shifted it to a specific environment. We took the pen, placed it inside a notebook and closed it. Therefore the pen was flattened out. When an individual perceives this pen, they have the visual hints to automatically perceive the two purposes this object was designed for: to mark and to write – the two main needs we feel while handling a notebook. Aesthetically, it's chic, matte-black finish has a modern flair that makes the perfect gift for the pen aficionado and avid reader. It's flat, easy to hold shape can easily be closed in your book to pick up where you left off.
