Todd Wilkens

Studio Director of Adaptive Path, Austin

Todd Wilkens is the Studio Director of Adaptive Path’s Austin studio. He has over 13 years of experience as a creative leader, researcher, strategist, and designer in many different contexts. His work has focused on everything from financial services to online communities to youth, religion, and culture. He specializes in multi-channel experiences and has worked on the web, consumer electronics, services (e.g. phone reps, employee interactions with customers, etc.), and retail spaces. He has worked in-house and as a consultant, in industry and academia. He is co-author of the book Subject to Change: Creating Great Products and Services for an Uncertain World. He also teaches courses and workshops in research, strategy, and design internationally.
