In the future, how do we define our identity? How do we find our own place in the chaos of a future where identity will be a status of chaotic blooming? There is a group of people whose lives are marked by clear and blurred boundaries of identity – the modern nomads, have multiple identities, several "places of belonging" but never a place where they really belong. I see a future where nomadism is an emerging way of life that breaks down geographical, ethnic and cultural boundaries and is a humanistic pursuit of personal and communal spirituality—seeking to find a solution to our identity belonging in the future by way of constructing, and analysing nomads' behaviour into a spatial narrative that mobilises the power of their inner beliefs.
In 2050, there's a place to provide the world with a portal to celebrate another way of being, it's a new definition of how we treat our life, and the way we live.
The "BONDER" Community provide a place for the modern nomads to build their unique identity here, in our world, we define the nomads' identity as a category of materials, this 'identity material' is from the last Bonder community where they lived in, they bring the identity material to build, bring with the 'architecture' go nomad, give themselves & architecture a new life, the co-built system bond together the identity and values of each individual in the process of building, symbiosis, integration, documentation and retrospection with the past and the future, with each resident living in the past, present and future in this growing creation build by themselves.
Thus the world becomes one, architecture, people and their being.

In Charleston, the house becomes ruins after many years, and it will continuously be in a status of flux company with people's activity, becomes even more 'ruins'.
The new way of living is for everyone, but especially for the modern nomads, who are been marginalized by the mainstream of society cultures, nomads are always on the road, travelling, meeting, and experiencing, they never stop, but in the traditional cultures, they don't feel they're belonging to the world, there's no place for them to settle in, they're experiencing losing the sense of belonging, which comes a question, what's the definition to them, the answer is 'in the move', they meet people. make relations, and bring new stories to their life, all these fragments of experiences make up their unique lives.
Bonder community is 'the' place for them, there's the amount of it all over the world, and each community provide up to 5 years time of residence, the community aim to make their faith more stable, and strong, make them bonded, being connected.
Most of the nomads will have a very personal object, and typically this object will have some emotional connection with them, in our world, we define the nomads' identity as a category of materials, this 'identity materials' is from the last Bonder community where they lived in, and exactly from the architecture there, so that this specific material carried their living traces and memories, the 'identity material' will go nomad with them, it's cyclical of materials and place, they bring a material from the last community to Charleston, bring their identity into Charleston, to build their value and faith here, when they're ready to leave, they will take one brick of Charleston to the next community they want to go.
In this way, the building completes a cycle with nomads, the building also goes nomad with people together, and the co-built system bonds together the identity and values of each individual in the process of building, symbiosis, integration, documentation and retrospection with the past and the future, with each resident living in the past, present and future in this growing creation build by themselves.
Thus the world becomes one, architecture, people, and their faith.
