Katie Becker is the VP Creative at Arc’teryx, a global design company specializing in technical high-performance apparel and equipment. With over 25 years of design experience in the athletic and outdoor apparel industry, Katie is responsible for advanced apparel innovation and leads the global design team at Arc’teryx focused on pushing product into new territories. Prior to joining Arc’teryx, Katie served as Senior Design Director for adidas, where she helped build and grow the brand’s global design strategy. Katie has a strong background creating progressive and technical designs, having contributed to award-winning concepts for brands such as Merrell and Helly Hansen. Outside of the design center, Katie can be found skiing, hiking, exploring backroads with her family, paddle boarding, traveling, toting kids to sporting events and trying to train a puppy.
Perniclas Bedow is the founder and creative director of Stockholm based design studio Bedow. The studio mainly works with branding, packaging and book design and for the last decade their work has been widely acknowledged around the world through books, lectures and exhibitions. Perniclas’ work has been awarded by Art Directors Club, Cannes Lions, D&AD and Epica Awards, to mention a few.
Tiffany is a driven and curious innovator who brings game-changing products, experiences, systems, and strategies to life on behalf of the brands. Tiffany manages a large team of multidisciplinary engineering and Innovation professionals.
Tiffany has 21 years of experience in the product & process innovation space including consumer goods (Nike, Saysh, Rubbermaid), Automotive (Tesla, amateur motorsports racing), and consumer electronics (Logitech G, Astro Gaming). She has been granted over 35 US patents and has worked alongside some of the top footwear designers, athletes, and entertainers in the world. She also successfully made the transition from the plastics industry to the footwear industry and is currently in the consumer electronics and gaming industries.
Tiffany has spent over 15 years in the footwear space with Nike, Saysh, and her own Youtube Channel reviewing sneakers. She served as the lead Innovator on the Nike Hyperadapt, 2016 Nike Mag (auto-lacing), Air Jordan 29, Tom Sachs Collection 1, Air Yeezy 1, Air Raid Paranorman, Coraline Dunk, and many more Nike Products. For Saysh, she helped in starting the brand by bringing in designers, factories, and various partners to build the product, she also developed their first two products, The Saysh One and the Olympic track & field spike competed in by Allyson Felix in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, where she won both a gold & a bronze medal.
Tiffany is experienced in product development from concept thru mass production of consumer goods. Tiffany has been featured in Wired Magazine (Oct ‘16), Netflix-Abstract the Art of Design, The Today Show, The New York Times, and the book “Sneakers” for her innovative work on Nike’s Electro Adaptive Reactive Lacing (EARL) Technology.
Tiffany grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania and studied at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College for her Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology.
Kaitlyn started her career at KitchenAid small appliances where she focused on building out the ecosystem around the Stand Mixer including attachments and specialty bowls. From there, she headed to Smart Design, taking a user-centered approach to work for clients like OXO, Gatorade, Leesa, Merck, Shark, Ziploc, Frabill, Tropicana, and Caboodles. Most recently, she led the ID team at Rivian Automotive where she and her team expanded the vehicle’s ecosystem through a suite of Adventure Products, Chargers, and vehicle accessories.
When she’s not designing, you can find her exploring art museums and local running trails, seeking out the perfect cup of coffee, or whipping up a new piece of clothing for her next adventure.
Kaitlyn holds a BFA in Industrial Design from the University of Notre Dame. She is currently taking time off to travel.
Dror Benshetrit is a designer, thinker, dreamer and futurist. He began his career as an artist and has since amassed an award-winning portfolio of product design, interiors, architecture, master planning and city planning—all before the age of 40. Together with his team of designers, artists, architects, researchers and communicators, he tackles ambitious pursuits to foster authentic connections and improve people’s well-being.
His holistic practice—named one of the most innovative companies in design by Fast Company—intentionally works across all scales, blurring boundaries with each project.
Studio Dror is one of the only practices to bridge Architecture, Design, and Art, and the results are always avant-garde: current endeavors include an innovation lab for the future of nature and humanity, large site-specific installations, a book entitled ‘Dror Dreams’, and The Lookback, an immersive entertainment venture replicating an astronaut’s experience standing on the Moon looking back at Earth.
Collaboration is the cornerstone of his approach: he partners with best-in-class specialists and brands and organizations that share the same spirit of innovation to test the limits of convention and bring profound ideas to life. As a result, Dror’s connections and network includes highly influential people in the worlds of Art, Real Estate Development, Fashion, Design, Academia and Politics.
Lukas Bentel (b. 1992) is an artist and designer based in New York. He is a founding member and Chief Creative Officer of MSCHF, a conceptual art collective that uses mass culture, corporate systems, and consumer products as tools for critique.
At MSCHF, Bentel has shaped the group’s artistic and conceptual direction, as well as its distinctive sense of humor. His work spans digitally native artworks, system-based interventions, and product releases that operate simultaneously as sculpture, media, and critique. Notable projects include Satan Shoes, a sneaker released in collaboration with Lil Nas X; Severed Spots, which dismantled and redistributed a work by Damien Hirst; Key For All, a participatory project in which 5,000 keys granted shared access to a single PT Cruiser that traveled coast to coast across the United States; and ATM Leaderboard, a public ranking system that transformed cash withdrawal into competitive spectacle.
Bentel has also led a sustained footwear practice at MSCHF, including the Big Red Boot, Wavy Baby, and collaborations with Reebok and Crocs, treating shoes as both functional objects and cultural products. These works sit at the intersection of fashion, distribution, and virality, using scale and commerce as artistic material.
MSCHF’s work has been exhibited internationally, including at The Getty and in a solo retrospective at the Daelim Museum. The collective is currently represented by Perrotin and has held two solo exhibitions with the gallery.
Prior to MSCHF, Bentel founded Hello Velocity, an artist group and design studio that was part of NEW INC, the art and technology incubator founded by the New Museum. His work has been covered by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TIME, CNN, The Washington Post, Vanity Fair, The Guardian, ArtNet, the BBC, and other international publications.

He uses a mix of typography, lettering and illustration, into digital and traditional techniques, achieving vibrant visual solutions and flexible in styles depending of the communication to deliver.
Since he moved to Amsterdam He has worked for some remarkable agencies like JWT Amsterdam and Havas Worldwide making artwork for main brands like ING, BMW, Unilever...
Now running his own studio, José has made work for brands like Nike, Adobe, Nickelodeon, Amazon, FWA, Old Spice, Adidas, KLM, XXL, SteelSeries, Gategroup, Hither & Yon, Citroën, Nutricia, Dalí Speakers, MediaMonks among others.
Shujan (Shu) Bertrand is a spirited, forward-thinking industrial designer and business consultant driven by sustainability. She uses geometry, nature, sensory intelligence, and human-centered design concepts to create sustainable products and sustainable business approaches that embrace the simplicity of nature and inspire positive change.
Her passion for zero-waste, food, and community led her to found Aplat, a culinary design company that uses 100% organic cotton and zero-waste production practices in San Francisco, CA. Inspired by the French Art de Vivre, Aplat creates sustainably made culinary and garden totes that uplift the daily practice of sharing the good things we cook, eat, drink, and gift.
Shu is an award-winning industrial designer with 20+ years of experience. With a stellar background in soft good design, advanced concept design, product development, design research and strategy, she has influenced brands around the globe, translating her product design experience, product development, strategy, research, and insights into new product and business opportunities.
Shu Bertrand has worked internationally in Paris, Milan, and Seoul. She has led design teams and projects for studios such as Astro Studios to IDEO, and for brands such as Incase, Steelcase, Nike, Samsung, LG Electronics and Procter & Gamble. She has served on the design jury team for the 2019 IDEA Awards and the Cannes Lion Innovation Awards in France.
Today, Shu brings the foundational concepts of her circular design and manufacturing business to work for the marketplace. By paying homage to the bigger meaning of human experience and folding together the powers of collaboration and intuition, Shu helps environmentally-minded entrepreneurs and businesses create sustainable products and practices that nourish, spark, shape the future.
Kevin Bethune is the Founder & Chief Creative Officer of dreams • design + life, a "think tank" that delivers design & innovation services using a human-centered approach. Kevin's background spans engineering, business and design in equal proportion over his 25+ year career, positioning him to help brands deliver meaningful innovations to enrich people's lives.
His work represents creative problem-solving that brings multidisciplinary teams together to see the future through an open aperture, and a deep industrial design approach to inform and influence desirable, feasible and business-viable design outcomes.
Kevin began his career as a mechanical engineer in the nuclear power industry. This chapter gave him deep product experience working with high performing teams across 14 nuclear reactor upgrade campaigns. After his MBA, Kevin joined Nike, Inc. in a business capacity, but quickly navigated to the Global Footwear product engine to drive advanced digital product creation capabilities, discovering the world of design in the process. After solidifying his creative foundation through further studies at ArtCenter College of Design, Kevin co-founded distinct design & innovation capabilities at two Tier 1 management consulting firms in Booz & Co. and the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). As Vice President of Strategic Design at BCG Digital Ventures, he led a large cohort of designers that would influence and shape every corporate venture spun out from the incubator. Kevin left BCG Digital Ventures to carve his own path under the banner of dreams • design + life, focusing on unlocking human potential through strategic design, industrial design and the building of new ecologies.
Kevin also serves as a Board Trustee for ArtCenter College of Design and a Board Director for the Design Management Institute (DMI).
Nadia Beyzaei (MRes, BSc) is a designer and researcher working in the spaces of health and community engagement. Nadia is the Coordinator of the Health Design Lab at Emily Carr University and an instructor in the Faculty of Design + Dynamic Media. Through her role at the Health Design Lab, Nadia has been a communication designer and design researcher on Indigenous health, aging, and complex care projects, while supporting the dissemination of research both locally and internationally.
Nadia holds a Master of Research in Healthcare + Design degree from the Royal College of Art, with her thesis work focusing on how design can enhance engagement in evidence-based medicine.
Through her 7 years at BC Children's Hospital Research Institute, Nadia has worked on a range of behavioural health research projects, including UX/UI projects which aim to improve access to care, and service design projects across clinics at BC Children's Hospital. Her practice focuses on making complex topics accessible and approachable through visual and strategic design.
Zoé Bezpalko is an environmental engineer, and designer who strongly believes in the strategic use of technology and design as keys for solving global issues like climate change. At Autodesk she leads the sustainability strategy for the Design & Manufacturing industries where she develops innovative technology to help customers reduce the environmental footprint of their design and make processes, and reach their sustainability goals.
Alisha Bhagat is a futurist and strategist whose work focuses on the creative use of futures tools such as strategic foresight and scenarios planning to impact long term positive change, particularly around social justice. She is based at Forum for the Future, a non-profit, and is a part-time faculty member at Parsons School of Design. Alisha is passionate about changing the narrative around who the future is for - and convenes the Diaspora Futures Collective, a group of POC working on decolonizing, reframing, and taking action for the future. When she isn't thinking about the future, Alisha is an avid gamer and science fiction nerd. She holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and Georgetown University.
