Ofiistory is a series of desk supplies. It improves work efficiency by reducing time and energy waste by organizing desks and finding lost products. Users can effortlessly access five uniformly shaped supplies without the need for an extra organizer. It suggests a new method of organizing and can lead this category. In addition, no screw or glue is required. All parts can be easily replaced, refilled, and they are non-polluting.

One day, while I was working on a new project on my desk, my scissors disappeared. I stopped working and looked for it for over 30 minutes. Eventually, I couldn't find my scissors and had to run to a convenience store and wasted nearly an hour. A few days later, my scissors were found under my bed. I once again realized the importance of organizing in this situation. And decided to create a product to solve this problem.

The main goal was to make sure that users do not have to spend their time and energy organizing desks but use them to focus on the most important tasks to develop themselves. It led to make all of Ofiistoy's products in the same form. It has undergone many user tests and failures to be the right form and proportion able to make it easier to use than existing products while maintaining all functions.

While designing a product, I found another problem. Many office supplies are made undissolved for function and aesthetics. When office supplies break, it is difficult to fix them, so people throw them away easily and repurchase them easily. This can lead to serious environmental pollution. So I designed Ofiistory to be minimal and easy to disassemble by hand because no screws are used. These aspects have three advantages. First is that users can easily repair and replace. Another is that it can be decomposed and doesn't harm the environment, And last is that the production process can be simplified. Ofiistory has been designed to share the common parts of products. Therefore, fewer production lines are required that leads to cost reduction. Ofiistory is designed to last longer than other existing office supplies in the market, so users do not have to buy new products often.

For a company's point of view, this semi-permanent high-end product which can increase the user's productivity, Ofiistory provides higher value to consumers so it could be measured at a premium price. Unlike existing office supplies, this product is a 'Set product' that can be sold with several products at once. In other words, consumers can decide the number and types of components that win perfectly match their desks. Ofiistory can give consumers the perception that the brand is an environmentally friendly and environmentally protective company.

The manufacturing process of existing office supplies was inefficient. They were all made in different shapes and sizes, so they had a lot of parts to manufacture. However, parts in Ofiistory share many parts on the same frame. This feature makes Ofiistory's manufacturing process simpler with low cost.

The challenge was to contain all of the functions of each product within the same shape and size to give a sense of unity when they are all combined. All of the parts in Ofiistory are designed for a comfortable grip and a comfortable experience for the users. Size, weight, and forms are all decided after many trials and failures of user tests. Since it is a product that the user holds by hand, it is made of wood, which is the best choice considering its proper weight and comfortableness when touched with hands, and the angular part has been minimized and finished with a round corner. It is coated with wax to resist water and stains.
