Radha Mistry has a background in architecture, narrative environments, and strategic foresight. As the Practice Leader for Foresight at Autodesk, Radha explores the impact of emerging technologies and how it will change the way we design and make things in the future. Prior to Autodesk, Radha focused on the Future of Work with the Steelcase Applied Research group. Her work sought out ways organizations could drive Innovation through design. Previous to Steelcase, Radha was part of the Arup Foresight + Innovation team in London and San Francisco, crafting speculative futures for global clients; and was one of the original co-founders of GOATstudio in New Orleans — bringing some “swagger” and better opportunities for young architects. Radha has also exhibited during the Lisbon Architecture Triennale and worked on design-led community engagement initiatives in cities across Europe.
Zoé Bezpalko is an environmental engineer, and designer who strongly believes in the strategic use of technology and design as keys for solving global issues like climate change. At Autodesk she leads the sustainability strategy for the Design & Manufacturing industries where she develops innovative technology to help customers reduce the environmental footprint of their design and make processes, and reach their sustainability goals.
Joe Speicher is the Executive Director of the Autodesk Foundation. Under his leadership, the Foundation supports the people and organizations designing and engineering high-impact solutions to the world’s most pressing social and environmental challenges. Prior to joining Autodesk, Speicher was on the founding team of Living Goods, where he spent six years leading operations for the global health organization. He began his career in the banking and finance sector, working with Deutsche Bank and Cambridge Associates. He then spent three years in the Peace Corps in the Philippines and has worked as a consultant for the Economist Intelligence Unit, the World Bank and Google.org. He earned a Masters degree in Development Economics from Columbia University and holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Washington and Lee University.
Andy Logan is the Founder and Creative Director at AWOL Company, a small but mighty Southern California-based product design agency. AWOL specializes in award-winning design that challenges assumptions, grows market share, and delights users. A veteran of California’s top consultancies, Andy’s 20-year design career resume includes both BMW/Designworks and frog design, leading creative teams to tackle challenges in the Consumer, Industrial, and Medical categories.
With a strategic design philosophy, he has helped businesses as varied as HP, Nike, John Deere, Proctor & Gamble, Turtle Beach, Welch Allyn, AutoDesk, and SanDisk better connect with their customers through amazing design. Most recently, he installed a kick-ass zip line in his backyard for his three daughters.
Ayush Kasliwal is the Founder of Ayush Kasliwal Design Private Ltd.
David McKendrick is an British art director and graphic designer. In 2014 he founded B.A.M. with business partner and fellow art director Lee Belcher. B.A.M. is a london based creative agency specialising in art direction, design, publishing and branding.
Formerly creative director at British Esquire. Mckendrick graduated from Glasgow School of Art in 2000 and began his career as a Designer at Graphic Thought Facility, one of the most innovative design companies in London. The group produced work for The Tate Gallery, Booth-Clibborn Editions, the Design Museum, the V&A and Habitat, among others.
Previously, McKendrick worked as Art Editor of the Bespoke department at Wallpaper* magazine and as a Senior Designer at the fashionable design group, North.
In 2009 McKendrick was named BSME (British Society of Magazine Editors) Art Director of the Year. In 2008 he was also named PPA (Periodical Publishers Association) Designer of the Year. In 2007 he won Best Magazine Design at the MD&JA (Magazine Design & Journalism Awards)n for Esquire's relaunch.
In November 2015 he was awarded the honorary degree of Doctor of Design at Southampton Solent University. McKendrick also is a visiting lecturer and guest tutor at, Glasgow School of Art, Bath School of Art and Design, Southampton Solent University and most recenly Nottingham Trent University.
Jakob Kristoffersen, by formal title; as Concept & Design Manager for B&O PLAY by Bang & Olufsen, doesn’t really say much. His craft is creative direction, but he sees the essence of his role in designing and nurturing EXPERIENCES, ideas – concepts. a Storyteller. Spending time understanding the unarticulated drivers of urban creative individuals. Curating design strategies and philosophies down to products answering those needs. Directing the creative process of concepts to realize these in luxuriously simple beautiful designs in tune with tones and styles in the time.

An Industrial Designer based in Singapore, Alvin has over 18 years of experience crafting designs with small to multinational companies. His adaptability over the years has enabled his design experience to span across different and diverse design disciplines from industrial, packaging, and brand to CMF, producing multi-award-winning designs.
When he was a brand consultant, he successfully helped rebrand, strategize, and improve brand equity for various companies in different industries. Prior to joining Bang & Olufsen, Alvin worked with other companies such as Philips and has collaborated with various automotive and lifestyle brands such as Aston Martin, Sony, and Balenciaga.
He continuously strives to stimulate creative thinking, with unique and strategic ideas and solutions, applying them to his work to create inspiring and human-centric designs, focusing on emotive and experiential touch points.
Laura Silva is Bank of America’s Vice President, Accessibility Technology UX Design Lead. Previously, she worked at Amazon in the Global Search team as Accessibility and D&I designer. She’s originally from Bogota, Colombia but calls the U.S. her home. In her work, she focuses on inclusion, diversity and equity for her customers and coworkers.
Her experiences being “the first and the only one” as a Afro-Latina in tech inspire her to advocate for the business and cultural benefits of highlighting the intersectionality of their customers.
As Partner of Base, an international branding studio with a presence in New York, Brussels, and Geneva, Min spans the spectrum between design, strategy, and management. She has helped to build personality-driven brands for an eclectic range of clients that include MoMA, The New York Times, JFK Terminal 4, Meatpacking District, Neuehouse, Kiki de Montparnasse, Coca-Cola, Gagosian Gallery, Puma, Milk, Museum of Sex, L'Oreal, Le Pain Quotidien, Pantone, Wellesley College, Kanye West, and more.
A graduate of Yale University's MFA program, Min is an adjunct professor at the School of Visual Arts and a guest critic at Parsons School of Design. Next to passionately building brands and building Base, she is an adjunct professor at the School of Visual Arts, guest critic at Parsons The New School for Design, served as a board member of the AIGA/NY and served on the steering committee of NYCxDESIGN and is a regular speaker at design conferences.
Her work has been featured in and has contributed her thoughts on design and branding to publications that include The New York Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, The Wall Street Journal, Adweek, Creativity, Creative Review, Surface, Fast Company, and others.
Julianna Schneider is the lead Usability & Human Factors Engineer for the Bausch + Lomb Surgical product lines. She is an innovative engineer who is committed to developing intuitive, useful products for users. Having the ability to resonate with users, she prioritizes simplistic and meaningful designs. She leverages human centered design elements partnered with a risk based approach to ensure interfaces are optimized for users’ applications, and ultimately safe and effective for use. Harnessing her previous experience as a mechanical engineer, she frequently assesses design-related and use-related failures prior to product launch and creates solutions to mitigate these failures. Similarly, she understands the value input from multiple functionalities has and works cross functionally to ensure input is captured and incorporated into designs. She enjoys learning new things, meeting new people, and embracing challenges because they all bring growth - both personally and professionally.
Perniclas Bedow is the founder and creative director of Stockholm based design studio Bedow. The studio mainly works with branding, packaging and book design and for the last decade their work has been widely acknowledged around the world through books, lectures and exhibitions. Perniclas’ work has been awarded by Art Directors Club, Cannes Lions, D&AD and Epica Awards, to mention a few.
David Kennedy is the Vice President of Sales at Bernhardt Design, the globally renowned design brand. A life-long design enthusiast, David is an experienced executive having spent over 20 years’ in luxury furniture sales, design and manufacturing. Prior to joining Bernhardt Design, David has held executive positions at Design Within Reach / Herman Miller, DEDON, Brown Jordan and Century Furniture. David is a former ASID national board member of and serves as a corporate advocate of Be Original Americas.
Remi Versteeg is equal parts architect and entrepreneur. He founded his first company back in 2002 (many were to follow) and obtained his degree in architecture from Delft University. In 2016, he co-founded office for architecture Space Encounters. In 2021, he co-founded Beyond Space together with Stijn de Weerd. Remi is driven to innovate and always seeks to combine diverse perspectives to forge new connections and lead him down roads less traveled.
Emily Brooke founded Blaze in 2012 in London, England, with the vision of becoming world leaders in urban cycling technology.
After starting reading Physics at Oxford University, Emily left to pursue design in Brighton and Milan. There she created a radical innovation set to drastically improve cyclists’ safety and started her own company, Blaze, to make it a reality. The Laserlight tackles the greatest cause of fatality, being caught in the blind spot, or a vehicle turning across an unseen bike, by using a laser to project the symbol of a bike ahead of a cyclist. It gives the bike a bigger footprint on the road and prevents divers in front turning across its path.
Three years on and after a successful Kickstarter campaign, Blaze have a team based in East London, manufacturing in China, and have raised approximately £1.5M in investment from the likes of the Branson Family and Index Ventures. Their flagship product, the Laserlight, is shipping to more than 52 countries and in 2016 it will be incorporated into all London’s Santander cycle hire scheme bikes. The new Burner back light will launch in Spring 2016 after becoming one of the most successful bike light campaigns in the history of Kickstarter.
