The BladeX System is an all in one, on-the-go solution for those looking to improve and complete their workouts safely anywhere. With four total parts, these patented designs create a deceivingly simple, portable, and secure workout assistant for novice and expert users alike. The system was meant to work, whether you're following the instruction of your trainer or at home getting in a quick sweat before work. It's also extremely compact fitting into a small drawstring bag for easy transport and carrying of additional equipment to add resistance and variation to your daily workout routine.

BladeX is the next generation of thoughtfully designed versatile equipment that can compliment almost every workout and do so in a small and portable size, with a design that screamss simplicity and thoughtful integration. Requiring only three bends per blade, each angle is purposefully made two either add ergonomic comfort for the user, secure hold of the user, or the ability to augment and improve your workout in a number of ways. The upper portion of the blade is double bent for not only stress relief of the metal, so as to not weaken it and allow for over 350 pounds of force, but to also lock in the users heel while completing their Nordic Curl exercise. The opposing angle allows for shoes from size 5 to 13US to fit comfortably and securely under the overhang.

The lower bend creates another comfortable grip, and allows for the compression sleeve to nest simply in its inner radius for a secure locking under a variety of doors or other objects without damaging them in turn. Every angle and facet has been designed and controlled to allow for it to sit in five different orientations perfectly flat to inspire confidence in the user that they are workout is going to be accomplished safely. Even the cutouts, while seeming simple, were carefully fine-tuned over many iterations to minimize the amount needed as well as to allow for easy integration of resistance bands, resistance straps, and carabiners to add resistance and assistance in a variety of workouts; while also preventing their premature removal or slip with the careful use of texture and angled lock points within the grooves.

Being able to workout anywhere safely, especially on your own, is worth its weight in goal to any fitness enthusiasts. Even with exercises that typically require a partner, such as a weighted Sit-Up or Nordic Curl, the BladeX shines and holds you securely in place on its own. In designing this product, we were very careful to ensure its portability and ease of use, as well as the ability for the user to be invited to find new ways to complement their workouts in a safe and effective manner. Because it is so versatile, consumers can replace many different single use workout tools while also reducing the amount of space that is needed to house the equipment.

BladeX is the future of simplified fitness.

Nick Hudson, the founder of 2B Fit, was training one of his clients in a session and was trying to figure out a way to use a something around him to do Nordic Curl exercises. At this point, he looked for a solution in the marketplace to assist his clients safely. However, when he saw that there was only 1 effective solution on the market for almost $600 he knew there had to be a better way.

That's when he approached it from the other direction, mocking things up with a few old pieces of wood and a door to his basement. In doing so, he found a simple, yet effective manner of doing Nordic Curls safely. Now it was a matter of making it safe and effective for everyone, as well as it being portable.

That's when he was referred to Scott Melanson, an Industrial Designer adn foudner of Co-Founder Push.Design, through a friend and this whole thing started to really take off. Starting in 2020, they collaborated quickly tweaking geometry down to the exact angle that worked best for balance, production ease, and more. After over 10 iterations, subtle attachment changes, and numerous samples to get the color and texture of the parts just right we are ready to present our final form for your use.

This has honestly been a collaborative project between two people. Both of them were refining down the testing criteria, working with people in the fitness training fields, And running clinics to field feedback and adjustments to inspire confidence in the user along with designing, engineering, and sourcing everything from scratch and locally wherever possible. this product has been 2 1/2 years in the making and it's completely self-funded by the two individuals involved.

And with that, throughout the entire design process and more, we've continually gotten positive and enthusiastic responses from gyms, professional trainers, and novice users alike complementing it's simplicity, visual aesthetics, and ability to safely improve their workouts.
