Time is the most important factor in saving lives in disastrous trauma situations. Ambulances do well to facilitate an immediate response to a situation, but theyhave limited ability to provide instant treatment in the wake if needing to move patients to a care facility. Every second counts when stabilizing a patient at the siteof crisis, but in many cases time is very limited if an individual is in critical condition. This proposed solution provides an instant operating space, allowing affectedindividuals to be treated and stabilized before being transported to a hospital.

The intent is not to transport individuals, it is not a passenger vehicle by any means,it's an operating space. The idea is not to bring patients to the hospital, but to bring the hospital to patients. This system could be adapted further into adecentralized medical solution, providing care to those who may not have access. While facilitating instant care for crisis situations, it could also be used as a popuphospital for serving communities and events. The inherent rugged design language is key to extend possible use cases of care to places that would haveotherwise been inaccessible. At the end of the day, this is not an ambulance but furthermore a mobile care facility. Removing the need to rush to secure a patientto an ambulance floor, allows for personnel to focus more on the task of stabilizing an affected individual.
