General Motors // Cadillac Exterior Lead Designer

Christine currently serves as Cadillac’s lead exterior designer. She is responsible for designing Cadillac’s future production vehicles and internal concept vehicles that shape the brand forward. Prior to her current position, Christine was a lead interior designer for Cadillac. She was responsible for the interior design theme of the 2010 Cadillac XTS Platinum concept, which she executed for the production 2013 Cadillac XTS. Ward’s Automotive Report awarded the interior of the Cadillac XTS as the top ten best automotive interiors in 2013. Christine was also a lead team member on the Cadillac Ciel concept which unveiled at the 2011 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The Cadillac Ciel received public notoriety as one of the best luxury concept vehicles. She began her automotive design career at GM’s advanced design studio in California and has been at GM since 2006.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in transportation design from Art Center College of Design Pasadena, California.

Jeff works with design leadership and various cross-functional teams to strategically evolve the Cadillac Brand Vision and the Art & Science Design Language. He is also responsible for leading the development of various interior and exterior design initiatives intended to strengthen the Cadillac portfolio and elevate the Cadillac brand.

Previously, Jeff was the Manager of Strategic Design Vision and Futuring for Ford Motor Company. As part of the Strategic Concepts Group in Irvine, California, Jeff was responsible for leading the creation of customer informed future vehicle concepts in collaboration with cross-functional teams located in Irvine, Dearborn, London, and Shanghai. Additionally, he led global design exploration of a next generation Ford Design DNA and had a lead role in the strategy, design, and development of the award winning Ford Start Concept revealed at the 2010 Beijing Auto Show.

Before joining Ford in 2005, Jeff graduated from Art Center College of Design with a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation Design. While studying at Art Center, he worked at Volkswagen Group’s Design Center Europe in Barcelona, Spain; Lincoln Design in Dearborn, Michigan; and Ford’s California Advanced Product Creation in Irvine, California.

In 2007, Curtis received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Transportation Design from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. Shortly thereafter, he was recruited by RTT to support the growing automotive visualization industry. Recently, his reach has expanded from the Automotive studios in Detroit to supporting global clients in the Aerospace, Fashion and Consumer Products industries. As the Head of Marketing Solutions for RTT USA, Curtis leads a team of Creative Consultants and Artists in the Detroit and Los Angeles offices. His team supports the design visualization and external marketing needs of the RTT client base.

Curtis has previously taught in the Transportation Design program at Lawrence Tech University and maintains a research role as part of the USCAR Digital Color Initiative. He also acts as a freelance Design and Marketing consultant in the metro-Detroit area.

Alan Macey is an experienced product designer with a diverse skillset developed at automotive OEMs in the US and Europe. He’s driven by a lifelong passion for the arts and enthusiasm to deliver memorable products to the marketplace. He is currently a designer at Chrysler and is also the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Curb Industries. He’s a dual citizen of the United States and Great Britain.
